They first contacted JTM three years ago as they were having constant break downs which were resulting in complaints from residents. Their communal laundry stock was made up of various makes of machine and there was no asset register or control maintenance system in place. The solution JTM started by visiting every site, servicing and cataloguing all the equipment. They then recommended which equipment should be replaced and created an accurate asset register. This would enable JTM to monitor performance site by site and record the age and condition of all equipment. Isos choose JTM’s Comfort Care package, meaning they could receive a callout within 8 hours of reporting a breakdown – 365 days a year. As time has progressed JTM have standardised the use of Miele Little Giant laundry machines – the availability of spare parts meaning JTM can upload their 94.6% first-time fix rate.
