Service Area

Our main area for service coverage (within 24hrs) is North, South, East & West Yorkshire - Humberside - North East & Teeside.

Customers requiring service outside these areas will be accomodated using our network connections throughout the UK or by our own engineers by negotiation.

Service Quality

JTM service engineers are thoroughly trained in all aspects of commercial laundry and specialist cleaning applications. They attend regular update training seminars with the manufacturers of the equipment with which we specialise. Each engineer's van is equipped with a comprehensive stock of tools and spare parts to facilitate first time completion for the majority of our service visits. All vans are tracked giving us real time location to improve service response time and our electronic job sheets enable lifetime service history for all equipment supplied and serviced.

Service Charges

Our service charges are regularly monitored to ensure that we offer best value service. Our current charges are as follows:

• Call Out Charge £75 including 30 mins labour
• Labour Charge (per1/4 hr) £11.25
• Parts at list (less discount for contract customers)

All prices subject to VAT at 17.5%
