We are committed to getting an engineer out to you within 8 hours of your initial phone call. In many case the response time is quicker than this, but we always guarantee that you won’t have to wait more than 8 hours for an engineer to be onsite sorting out your washing machine, dishwasher, iron or tumble dryer.

Lifetime Service History
From the moment we install your machine, or from the first time we fix or service it we will keep a history. This includes, what parts were used, what the problems were, how they were fixed and how long the machine was out of action. Having this type of information is vital, especially when something goes wrong as it gives our engineers an insight into the history of the machine and what may be causing a problem.
