Q :	How do I request a quote for products?
A :	There are two ways you can request a no-obligation quote for the appliances offered by JTM. If you only know general details of what you might need, you can use the "Request a Quote" button in the top menu. This will open a short enquiry form asking for your details and will automatically select the 'Request Quote' option of the form. Please give as much information as possible about what you need - we can also ring you to discuss your requirements. If you want specific models - for example, a Miele PW6065 washing machine - you can use the "Search By Product" or "Search By Market" options to find the appliances you need. Using the "Request Quote" button here will add them to your quotation request basket. Once you have selected the items you require, clicking "Confirm" will display a summary of the items you have requested and a short form to fill out with your contact and delivery details. Submitting this form will send the details of your request to us, and we will contact you with any questions or your quotation.
Q :	How do I request a site survey?
A :	Requesting a site survey is quite easy. Click on the "Free Site Survey" button in the top menu. This will open a short enquiry form for you to fill in your details. The Site Survey selection will be automatically filled in for you, and you can select a date and time for the survey that suits you - we will contact you to confirm the appointment.
Q :	How does the "Basket" work?
A :	You can use the 'basket' ordering system in two ways. If all the products in your basket are labelled with "POA" then submitting the contents of your basket will constitute a no-obligation request for a quotation on these appliances. A request for priced products will be considered as an order for those products, and we will send you a complete invoice including VAT and any delivery charges.
